The West Wiltshire/ Elblag Twinning Association is open to everyone who lives in the West Wiltshire area. The aim of the association is to encourage and assist individuals, youth and adult groups to make contacts and visits between the linked areas in order to further the partnership and broaden the mutual understanding of the cultural, recreational, educational and commercial activities of the linked towns.

Mobile: 07909938151The Wiltshire Black Archives Partnership is an innovative project involving members of the local community, heritage and local organisations, coming together to protect Wiltshire's Black heritage. Together we are collecting archives, objects and stories, making them available for everyone.
Wiltshire is a county of diverse people and communities who have been present in the county for hundreds of years. Despite this, the histories of some BME communities in Wiltshire have remained hidden.
We aim to train local volunteers from diverse backgrounds in interviewing and transcribing skills. Once trained volunteers will interview elders from BME (Black and Minority Ethnic) communities across Wiltshire recording and transcribing their life stories. Stories will be archived as a lasting legacy and in addition some stories will be depicted through drama, theatre & music.
